Payments & Policies

Payment Information:

All payments are due upon receipt/when picking up from our shop and PRIOR TO delivery or shipment.  Delivery or shipment will not occur until payment is received. Once payment is received, items will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery date to your selected drop-off location. Shipment will be arranged on the same or the next business day once payment is received.

Accepted forms of Payment: All major credit cards through Intuit, PayPal, Venmo, Cash, and Checks(there will be a $50 returned check fee) A service fee of 3.5% is added to all invoices to cover online payment fees, which includes Venmo. This fee can be deducted if paying by cash or check.

Late Payment Policy: we will send reminder emails at each time frame.

After 14 days of non-payment, a $5 late fee will be added to your account. 

After 30 days of non-payment, a $10.00 late fee will be added to your account, and storage fees will be incurred.

After 60 days of non-payment, your items will become the property of Shades of Bay Equine Laundry. Your past-due account will be closed and the items will not be delivered or available for pick-up.

Storage Fees: $1 per blanket per day after 30 days. 

Our facility is small, so space is limited; we simply cannot store blankets on our shelves for extended periods. Once we notify you with your invoice, please remember it is your responsibility to pick up your blankets promptly.
